83 urq stumble now 4k cutout

Hi All,

Well, Louis-Alain and I spent hours on my urq today.

We checked and tightened many small vacuum and large hoses,
checked many electrical connectors,
did fuel pump relay mod (it was at 11.9V before, though the connector was in
beautiful shape),
removed blowoff valve,
checked O2 sensor operation,
checked vacuum at warm idle (12-14" Hg),
adjusted FVDC to 40% at warm idle,
other stuff I can't remember.

Now, the stumble is still there (though I think it's more subdued),
and there is now a 4K RPM cutout to keep the stumble company!

We also noticed that the black 2 pin connector on the back of the head is
missing. It's probably not related, though.

Anyways, what to do next to eliminate these problems?
