[urq] 83 urq stumble now 4k cutout

You need to check your fuel pressures.
Cold and warm.
4k rpm, either the air temp sensor or the idle switch.
The black connector at the back of the head.
On the '83 this can be either the cold start thermo switch (large one) or
temp gauge sender (small one).
