Luxo-highway-cruiser

Well, the wife and I have decided to add to our stable, well actually just change it around a bit. it will soon be time to sell the Impala 9C1 and get a nice big luxury highway cruiser. We want it to be nearly silent at highway speeds, auto tranie, comfey, fairly reliable, big enough for all our crap, a nice interior with good amenities (like auto climate control, moon roof, bun warmers, leather eletric seats, wood trim, etc). I would love for it to have AWD for when we hit bad weather. Here's the kicker, we want to buy used and try keeping the price as low as possible. Ideal would be under $10,000 but could go as high as $15,000 but if we went that high it would need to be dead reliable and come with a full B2B warranty.  So, anybody care to chime in? I was thinking a V8Q (was the 200Tq ever offered with an auto?, don't think so...) maybe an early A6? Or maybe an early S4/S6? Was that ever offered with auto tranie? Thoughts? With my limited budget, are my quattro dreams a pie in the sky?
