Steering rack

The fitting better the power steering pump and the steering rack has blown 2ce during the last 9 months.

The front end needs strut mounts and strut bearings.

Would turning the wheel as in parking or pulling out of a parking place cause enough pressure on the line (if the something is off with the struts or strut mounts) to cause it to blow ?     Each time it blew was turning the car into a parking place and pulling out.

Or ?

Would it be that that steering rack needs to be replaced as well as the steering mounts ?   Thanks
