2 Speedo needle puller

The exception is, that if your tires are worn, different,
larger or smaller the speedo will be off % (percentage)
wise across its working range.
10% at 50 is 5, where at 100 mph its 10.
Just pulling the speedo off won't correct the
problem unless you calibrate the speedo and move the
needle to the "affected to you" range.
