Ignorance admitted

OK, so now that the 1993 90Q is home, I'm replacing the AC compressor.
But....first step is to remove the serpentine belt.  I have the rad fans out
and the cover off the serpentine belt, but I can't identify the tensioner
and how to slack it so the belt can be removed.  The Mitchell repair CD I
have is mum on the topic.

Any clues as to how I get the belt off this thing?  It's the ubiquitous V6.
