A6 2.7t wheel fitment and offset

Greetings:
I was wondering if there will be any wheel fitment issues by putting an A6 4.2 (8x17 ET35) wheel on a A62.7t.(7x16 ET43). I have an opportunity to purchase a set of the A6 4.2 forged wheels.

I would also be curious to know what experience others have had with offsets for 17" and 18" rims on the A6 2.7t.
