Followup to Dead Wagon...

The fuel distributor must be manufactured under extremely tight
tolerances and you probably ruined it by disassembly.  This is also
why Bosch does not recommend or supply parts to rebuild them.

Buying a good used one is probably your best bet now.  Try contacting
Chris Semple ( http://www.force5auto.com ) and see if he could find you
one, or scrounge the local salvage yards.
