Synthetic oil for I-5s

My car loves the 15w50 mobil 1 in the summer, I run
10w30 in the really cold winter months.  If you drive
really hard like you say, you might think about
fitting an oil cooler.  Just grab the oil filter
bracket and cooler from one of the turbo cars, or you
can use an aftermarket one like below.

I switched mine to syn at 108k and had no problems.  I
think if you kept your engine in good shape like you
say you'll be fine.  It's the ones that you can scrape
the goo off the cam caps that you have to worry about.
