I don't see why... whatever relationship there is between body/wheelbase
angle and braking traction should be easy to build into that simple
flow control lever - especially if that relationship is linear.

This also takes into account vehicle loading (fore/aft).  More weight in
the rear, for instance, allows more use, relatively, of the rear brakes.
