86' 5kcstq High Idle

[Randall Bristol]

Besides the idle stabilzer valve what would be
causing the high idle to 3k ? I disconnnected the
stabilizer valve last year and it kept it at low idle
for the time it worked I was not driving car much.
But now I am and it stays at high idle either way.
Any help is appreciated.
