Yea, it's possible if the threads had oil in them.
maybe your torque wrench is a little off also?
Measuring bolt streatch is the best way to tighten
these, but not everyone has one of those gauges.
Either way, I'd replace it if you have any doubts.
That would drive me crazy having that in the back of
my mind. I'm bothered enough by the fact I didn't
replace all of mine on my last rebuild.
