Crank bolt torque for timing belt change (10v)

I think Huw had mentioned it was 3 grunts on a 2" bar and 2 grunts on a 3' bar.

You guys crack me up, for the last 10 years I've used the "1/2" breaker bar with 3 foot extension, get it as friggin' tight as I can, stand on the end of the bar" method.  

Curious to know if its 512 or 516 ft-lb  ;)
