rebuilding shifter on 88 90Q

anyone know what parts i should replace to reduce the slop in my shifter? 
it's got a lot of side to side slop in gear. i havent taken it apart yet 
[that sorta depends on how much $$ the wear parts are].

part numbers would make you my hero.
