Sorry, no part numbers, but basically, most of the slop develops in the 
rod that runs fro under the shifter to the tranny.  It's an under-$100 
part and easy to replace.

There is also a plastic ball-like thing on the shifter that I have seen 
go bad on the type 85's, maybe I even swapped in a good one on my 90Q.
