94 S4 K24 or K27 installation on an MC1 89 200TQ

Hello all,
     I'm  looking at all the mods that you guys have listed. I have 2 options 
for my 89' 200 TQ MC1(my car already is chipped and sprung aswell as a 
cheezed airbox mod w/ K&N and fender skirt mod, and removal of the rear muffler). I 
have purchased a k24 from a low mileage S4. and I have a fresh K27 sitting on 
my shelf from my 86 911 turbo (which i have installed a K28 in). I have seen 
that the K27 is an oil cooled only turbo as the K24 is both oil and water 
cooled. Now this is my question.

Has anyone installed a K24 on the MC1 and did it power up  (boost) stronger 
than the K26 to the redline. The K26 seems to top off at 5 ish. Any power 
gains?

Has anyone installed a K27 and how much more power did you realize along with 
what did you have to do to block off the coolant lines going to the motor?
