There is absolutely no need to take the cluster apart for a dash swap BTDT.  Yes, the surround is different and needs to be changed for the new cover to fit properly, but no need to take the cluster apart... especially not right down to the gauge boards....

Simply copying the Coupe/4kq set up will make sure it's all factory looking and no wire tie should be neede BTDT twice... (I can provide pics if you need).

If you are taking the dash and pieces out of the donor car yourself, you'll see exactly how they go and you should be able to duplicate the same on the Ur-q... take pics if necessary.
