Torque Wrenches - my answer... (holy smokes!)

The reason that all my thinking was a blind alley, of course, is that 
the torque wrench and 2079 *are* solidly coupled, as if they were bolted 
together.  For some reason I was envisioning the output nub on the 
wrench as rotating thingie, when of course it is locked in place tightly 
against rotation relative to either tool.

Uh well, mea culpa...

I think the lister who suggested that Audi forgot to mention the torque 
wrench handle length was right on the money.
