I think Ameer looked at the bolt head. Read off the bolt grade. Looked up
the torque spec for that size and grade of bolt . . and came up with:
"Seems that according to the ISO spec, the Grade 12.9 M18 bolt in the crank
should get 463 N-m. That's about 341 ft-lbs."

A clever bit of engineering sluething.
