  I decided a while back that there must be a whole host of people who think
that they cease to exist unless they're yakking on the phone!

 If you're that type of person then driving a car round hazards like
pedestrians on a crossing is just a minor interruption to the argument
they're enjoying with their significant other or the conversation they're
having about football or their favourite flavour of ice-cream.

 I mean can't that all wait till they get where they're going? - apparently
not.
