I have used denatured alcohol to ressurect many waterlogged circuit
boards. Use a toothbrush to scrub the entire board and all component
leads and blow of the alcohol with an air compressor. This will remove any
light surface oxidation and mineral deposits that the water can leave
behind as it dries. HTH.
