The 1996-1997 radio is the Audi Delta CC (wide single DIN), the
1998-1999 radio is the Audi Concert (also wide single DIN).  The
"big" double-DIN radio is the Symphony, used from 2000-2001.

The climate control head, as well as the fog lights, hazard blinker
switches, etc., changed in 1999.5 to a newer style with tactile
touch buttons.  This change also added a damped pop-out cup holder.
