That hose should be fine, I'd go with the 3/8" since
-6 seems to be a common size for fuel fittings. 1/4"
is close to stock size and would probably work though.
I have not remotely monitored fuel pressure, but I
don't think I've had any problems with the stock lines
on my motor feeding the 5 50#/hr injectors. If I do
ever notice a pressure drop, I'll be upgrading to -6
lines all the way back to the pump.
