2004 Calendar [changes]

 These submissions are fantastic folks. But we only have 13! Let's get
 the discussion going with some more submissions, and perhaps talk a
 little on calendar format.

 I propose both an electronic version as well as the possibility of a
 print version. Is there anyone that has some experience making the
 print version of these? We need someone that has an artistic flair, and
 I'm definitely not that person (have you *seen* the marketplace?).
