2004 Calendar [changes]

I am a designer and have done calendars before. When we have it
finalized I can get some pricing, and see if there is any interest.
Please keep it in mind that the initial set up is the most expensive
part, and although you don't need to print a lot of them, the more you
do the cheaper it will be. Having said that I don't see how we would
need more than 500 which is pretty much the minimum. We could also post
some notes on the Audiworld forums. I know of some people who are on
those forums, but not on this list.
