Hey, not sure what's available up by Davis, but there is a 4 wheel dyno that I use in Fremont at http://www.atpturbo.com/ , that's about an hour drive from Davis, would be worth it, you could see your a/f ratios as well.  Lemme know if you go, I'd like to come by.

Sears Point should be starting up the Drags again soon, I dragged my car at Buttonwillow this summer in 100F heat, but I was looking forward to hitting Sears on a cool Fall night, never got around to it, but that's probably one of the better bets, but I think there is some dragging in Sacto too.

Ya, its been freezing, last year it rained like cats and dogs the first 2 days, was fun in the 80 trying to keep all 4 tires planted coming out of the corners =)
