I just get the very basic car wash on the rare occasions when I do use one.
All the other stuff they offer is pure BS.

And by the way, most car washes have water restrictions placed on them by
the township, even if they do use their own well. One of the restrictions is
that they recycle their water. You get salt water sprayed on your car in the
winter.
They use fresh water only at the final rinse.
