Not usually, unless it's been reported before and the
insurance company finds that they neglected to fix it
in a reasonable amount of time. I've gone through two
sets of wheels, and straitened another because of
potholes. I've sent claims in on all of them, and
been screwed every time. Now I just plan on getting
new wheels every other summer...
