re. Sad sight of a Porsche 911. email

Hey, anyone else receive a message from Windley, William H - ESA <Windley.William at dol.gov>  whom I don't believe I've encountered before.  It was regarding a Sad sight of a Porsche 911. which showed several cars incl. the Porche covered with a waterfall of ice from frozen pipes that had bursted.

Just want to make sure there isn't some kind of Virus or worm in the JPEG attached - don't know haow that can be done, but oddly, there were no receipients specified, and I don't know why he sent this to me exclusively or??
