Then it is definitely absolutely not the CSV that is stopping it from 
running.  That injector only sprays fuel for a few seconds.

Well, with the airplate not lifted (and FP not running) all there will 
be in those lines is a bit of residual pressure, below the injector 
opening threshold, and only as much fuel as is in the line itself.  So 
all you should get is a quick release of pressure.  Though, there should 
be some.

Um, yes, not that I can remember offhand.  It will be in the Bentley 
shop manual, though.  You do have one, right?

Not voltage, but perhaps they are designed to produce the "right" amount 
of fuel at different pressures, guessing by the way they are hooked up 
differently.  But this part is not your problem.
