90 20v headlight relay location

What relay? Thats why we install relays to relay our headlights.
Not sure about your 90 20v . .. maybe Audi did something special on that
model. But I doubt it.
The wiring goes from B+  > thru the stalk switch > thru 10 amp fuses >
headlights.

Did you check both sides of the fuse? See if you have 12v at the headlamp
connector.
Did you check the headlamp itself? Maybe its blown out. Both of them . .at
same time . .hey, it happens.
