Stuck wheel bolt

Try a air compressor and impact wrench. Just don't use it to put the
bolt back on.
I had this on the 200. The tyre shop put my wheels back on, used an air
impact wrench to fit the bolts until the wrench stopped and then only
did they test the 90Nm torque figure. Idiots. A long time after that I
tried to remove the bolt, but all I managed to do with a 2-ft bar was to
lift the car up. I felt real strong. :)
Had to get the compressor and impact wrench out. The compressor was
wound to 10 bar (140psi?) and then wrench had to be set to maximum to
get the bolt out. I worked up in stages, from 2 bar of pressure and
minimum setting on the wrench all the way to 10 bar and full force. The
10 bar setting still required the wrench to hammer away for 10 seconds
before the bolt released.
Anyway, this might not really be a seized bolt, but maybe someone really
really over-tightened it.
If you don't have a compressor then try a tyre/wheel shop.
