Stuck wheel bolt

There are special sockets that will remove very stripped and stuck bolts.
Since it's just the one bolt, and you'll be using anti-seize from now
on, the cheapest and easiest way to resolve the problem would be to put
the other bolts back and take the car to a tire shop. Should take longer
to put it up on the lift than to remove the bolt.
If driving it is not an option, wet down both the inside and outside with
some good penetrating oil such as Kroil. Then, with a solid bar or a
very good 17mm impact socket on the bolt, WHACK the bolt with the biggest
hammer you have, several times. This will usually break the "death
grip".
