Still having acceleration problems - Help!

I'm still unable to accelerate smoothly. If i set the control pressure
acutator to 10mA my car wont start when its cold. I have a new temp sensor
and new "routine maintenace" items. My car fires immediately but then dies
from the lack of fuel. The thermo-time switch and cold start valve are
working. Once going and warmed up the car is smooth as glass and no
stumbling and good acceleration.
If i increase the fuel about 1/4 turn (3mm T) The car starts good but
accelerating it stumbles once heated up since control pressure acuator is
overrode and then when i unplug the O2 sensor (it is new) there is no more
stumbling.
What are the chances the potentiometer are bad? And if so how do you get
one? They are real hard to find.
Thanks again,
DJ
