'88 90Q Central Lock problem

Hi,
I'm still working to rebuild/fix-up this car for my nephew for
graduation and have yet another delema.  Whenever I put a fuse in the
central locking fuse spot it blows instantly.  I have unhooked the wires
from both door switches and it still blows the fuse. I've never heard
the pum run and I don't know where the pump is nor the relay if there is
one (this is quite different than the 5KCSTQs that I am used to.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
