88 90Q Brake MC rubber grommets - HELP

There's either something very strange about your car or a
misinterpretation of one or two parts.
I just looked at my FA and 89 90Q in the ffffffriggin cold parking lot
for confirmation of sorts.
There are two identical grommets leading from the reservoir into the MC
- one for each chamber. I think the one you are referring to as
"different" is the tap off the side of the reservoir that supplies brake
fluid to the clutch system. It is a molded nipple on the reservoir,
usually connected by a cloth cover type hose to the clutch master
cylinder. This is a non pressure location, so the hose just pushes on
to the nipple. The hose kind of vanishes down in the general area of
the brake booster, but it really goes to the clutch master.
See if that makes sense, while looking at your car.
