Help with CIS-E

Maybe I should have said cis-e to begin with. I got the meter about 2 weeks
ago and have been using it on my wifes car.
When I pull the spare fuse, the engine revs, when I put it back in it
settles down.
When I said the fuel pressure I meant the cpa. No voltage there.

check your meter to make sure it works... by "no reading," you mean it
says zero volts, right?

not a good sign... anyone check for the "spare" fuse yet?

that's good.

control pressure actuator, dig through this file and you should find a
pop-up picture of it:
