Warped rotors on CGT

I believe the front rotors on my CGT are warmed. I get fairly heavy amounts of steering wheel shake when braking and only when braking. I know they need replacing. However, I have other more pressing "issues" I want to deal with first. Is there any down side to just living with the warped rotors for a while? Like will it cause other damage?
