Wheel Suspension Overhaul

About $450 for strut mounts, strut inserts, dust sleeves (KYB has a nice one
that works great) and control arm bushings. That is discount prices from
mail order source (I like TPC).
I removed the control arms and bushings myself then had the local Audi
garage install the bushings. The removal is time consuming and therefore
costly if you have the garage do it.
I recommend buying two new tie rods. The complete assembly is about $47
each. Otherwise the garage will have a bunch of time in getting your old
tie rod ends loose for replacement or alignment.
Afterwards you will need a full alignment at a cost of about $100. Have an
Audi garage do it, the $40 Pep Boys alignment won't cut it.
If you have a garage do this work they will likely charge you retail price
for the parts and there is a lot of labor involved. Figure 'bout $1500 or
more for parts and labor.
