In the Boston area they all seem to be coming from former Soviet Union
"protectorates".  Maybe they're used to the ole Niva and figure all cars
are equal.  It's good though, because they all seem to be on a "first
name" basis with the Staties giving the driving tests.....BTDT with #1
son...guaranteed pass it seems, unless you actually hit something.
