Coolant temperature sensor test

  If you're referring to the one that feeds the ecu, the only check I know
of is resistance vs. temp.  IIRC, it should be about 2.5k ohms at 68F, lower
resistance at higher temps and higher at lower temps.  Wish there was a
published curve, but I've never seen one...
