Solid State Timer help (NAC)

Sorry for the lack of Audi content but I'm in need of some electronics
expertise. I need to construct a solid state dual timer module for the high
pressure scuba and paintball compressors that I am rebuilding and
manufacturing. I can purchase a series of time delay relays but they are
extremely expensive. I need two simple timer circuits, on that will control
the bleed valve (30 minutes on 2 minutes off 30 on 2 off...)  and a circuit
that controls the motor, it will run for two minutes when the compressor
switch or pressure switch is shut off. In payment I can offer used Audi
parts,beer, or scuba and paintball accessories...
