The best sources locally (in Alberta) to find a car (including quattros)
are www.buysell.com, www.canadatrader.com and www.megawheels.com.
Unfortunately not many Avants, what Dobby is looking for.
I don't think US spec cars have to be converted. I see lots running
around with MPH in them... to check the details all the info is on the
government web sites. (I have them bookmarked somewhere if anybody needs
them.)
