The Audi Car Club of North America co-sponsors (with the Ferrari Club)
an annual timed road race called Virginia City Hill Climb (near
Carson City, Nevada). This is not a "rally", but nevertheless a real
race event, conducted in the summer on a 5.1 mile stretch of hilly and
curvy paved mountain highway. Aside from Audis and Ferraris, the event
attracts all sorts of participants and cars, including some rare and
ultra high performance machines.

You might want to look into this. I hope this event will continue
this year; I hear that last year the turnout was not too good.
