I second it.  I had significant draw (never measured though but battery died within 1-2 days) due to short in the turbo cooling pump control module (under the carpet behind
hood release lever in 200tq '89).  I was about to start troubleshooting but I noticed that  there is 12V all the time on pump's connector.  Checked the pump wired from
battery - works, connected pump's connector - does not, opened control module - several elements are burnt to charcoal.
No problems after replacing control module.
