My deepest condolences to Steve and his family. May the Lord be with you du=
ring these trying times.

A word of encouragement: I once heard John Hagee  say:
"God never gives you more than you can handle! - but sometimes I wish He di=
dn't trust me so much!"
John Hagee is the founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone Church in San An=
tonio, Texas.

My wife and I have gone through numerous trials in our lives together - tha=
nkfully none have involved losing a loved one - and those words have often =
been an encouragement to us. I pray that Steve will find strength and comfo=
rt in the Lord, and that he will be able to offer their children the emotio=
nal support they so desperately will need in the days and months to come.

When I lost my parents, my sister was only 4 when my father passed, and 7 w=
hen my mother passed. I know what a terrible ordeal it is to lose a parent,=
 and how important it is to share proper grieving with the children - inste=
ad of "being strong", and not showing the anguish.

Although it may sound as a cliche, I would like to offer any help and encou=
ragement I can to Steve and his family - although I can not do much physica=
lly from this distance, just having "someone" to turn to who "has been ther=
e" in some capacity, sometimes can be very valuable.

May God rest her soul and comfort her family.
