4kq vacuum hoses?

Has anyone come up with a custom way to replace the "Y" hose that connects to
the intake manifold, idle stabilizer, and pcv valve tube?  The hose looks
like a "Y" that lays sideways.  I'm sure most of you who have a 4kq know
which one.  The hoses seems to crack fairly quickly at the split where one
side goes to the ISV and the other to the PCV breather tube. Or it gets weak
quickly and collapses from the intake manifold pressure.  The dealer is the
only one who has them i have found and they said they wont be able to order
it as it is no longer used.  Anybody made there own?
