Royal Ford of the Boston Globe bashes VW/Audi on ignition coils

With limited supply, obviously it makes sense to fix only the coils
that failed.  What's unclear is what _else_ will happen: will Audi
produce/source enough coils to replace all of the unreliable ones and
issue a recall once they can handle it, or will they just silently
drop the matter?
