strut advice/opinion needed

I've got a stock 90 200q. I'm keeping the stock wheels and springs,
but would like a somewhat sportier ride, free from much of the body
roll I'm experiencing. What is a good bet? Another consideration is
the longevity of the strut/shock. I don't want to replace them all
the time, as I'm doing alot of mileage every year (>45k).
My choices are:
-Bilstein Heavy duty (not lowering the car, so not using sports)
-Koni (do they make them adjustable?)
-Boge (oem, right?)
I need to know what the order of stiffness is, experiences with stock
springs and wheels, and longevity. next are what a good price to pay
is.
I figure the Bilsteins would last the longest, as well as having a
warranty?
