Yes.

I had a set of these set full stiff under stock springs and wheels.  RIde
was harsh, and still had the body roll and brake dive. Harshness was
likely due to way too much damping for the spring.

Swapped springs and turned them down to 60%, and the ride was much
improved (prolly due to a better match of damping and spring rate), and
the brake dive and body roll were dramaticly reduced.
